Architect: Woods Bagot

Project Completed: 2014

Simultaneously classic and contemporary, the design of the Sheraton Noosa resort and spa provides an updated holiday environment that is fresh, bright and open. The design of the spaces is natural and organic, responding to the inherent beauty of Noosa to provide a unique experience for guests.

The revitalised porte-cochere provides a grand entry to the resort, setting the scene for the relaxed, yet contemporary renovation within and creating a guest first experience.

168 guestrooms, suites and villas have been updated, as well as guest corridors, while the exterior facade is now elegant in clean lines and a white finish.

The interiors of the Noosa Beach House have also been refreshed, bringing to life celebrity chef Peter Kuruvita’s modern cuisine centred on fresh produce and sumptuous seafood.

Connecting with the street front, the new sit in windows create a distinguished street presence, allowing for interaction with Hastings Street, a vital part of the Noosa dining scene.
